These Terms of Use govern your use of mindpatterns.online and your purchase, download, access, and use of digital products sold under the Mind Patterns brand.

By accessing the website, completing a purchase, downloading a product, or using a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products

Mind Patterns sells downloadable digital products, including:

• printable coloring books;
• PDF files;
• black-and-white illustrations;
• colored inspiration pages;
• digital coloring collections;
• related downloadable creative materials.

All products are supplied electronically. No physical product will be manufactured or shipped.

Product access is normally provided after successful payment through a download page, download link, email, Whop account, or another electronic delivery method.

You are responsible for:

• providing a valid email address;
• entering accurate billing information;
• using a compatible device, application, printer, and software;
• downloading and securely storing purchased files;
• protecting your download links from unauthorized access.

2. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe each Digital Product accurately.

Product descriptions may include information such as:

• the number of books or pages;
• included themes or collections;
• file format;
• dimensions;
• whether colored examples or inspiration pages are included;
• whether files are printable or fillable.

Images, previews, mockups, screen displays, and printed examples are provided for illustration. Actual colors, dimensions, margins, sharpness, and print quality may vary depending on the device, display, printer, paper, ink, software, and settings used.

You should review the product description and included materials before completing a purchase.

3. Personal-Use License

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased Digital Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

• download the files to your personal devices;
• save reasonable backup copies;
• print the files multiple times for your own personal use;
• color or annotate printed copies for private recreational use.

You may not:

• share the files with another person;
• sell, resell, rent, sublicense, lend, gift, or redistribute the files;
• upload the files to websites, social networks, marketplaces, cloud folders, groups, forums, file-sharing platforms, or databases;
• provide copies to clients, customers, students, organizations, or other third parties;
• print or reproduce the files for commercial distribution;
• use the files or illustrations in products offered for sale;
• use the illustrations for branding, merchandise, templates, clip art, or other commercial purposes;
• modify, trace, redraw, extract, recolor, or adapt the illustrations for resale or redistribution;
• remove copyright notices, watermarks, branding, or ownership information;
• claim the files, designs, or illustrations as your own;
• use the files or illustrations to train, test, develop, or improve artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems;
• use automated tools to scrape, extract, copy, or reproduce the materials;
• use the Digital Products to create competing products or services.

Your use of the Digital Products is also governed by our End User License Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

If these Terms conflict with the End User License Agreement regarding permitted or prohibited use of a Digital Product, the more specific license restriction will apply.

4. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products, illustrations, designs, layouts, text, graphics, branding, trademarks, website content, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Mind Patterns.

They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, source files, reproduction rights, distribution rights, or commercial-use rights to you.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Payments

Prices, currencies, taxes, and applicable fees are displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed by Whop and its payment partners. Their separate terms, payment rules, and privacy practices may apply.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed amount.

Prices may change at any time. A price change will not affect an order already successfully completed.

We may reject, cancel, or review a transaction where reasonably necessary because of:

• suspected fraud;
• unauthorized payment activity;
• pricing or technical errors;
• duplicate orders;
• payment-provider restrictions;
• violation of these Terms.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or other transaction taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout.

Tax treatment may depend on your billing location, the payment provider, applicable registrations, and relevant law.

You are responsible for entering accurate billing-country and address information.

7. Digital Delivery

Access is normally provided after successful payment.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

• payment authorization or review;
• fraud-prevention checks;
• incorrect contact information;
• technical problems;
• service-provider outages;
• delayed webhook or payment confirmation;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us with the email address used for the purchase and the applicable order or transaction number.

Access to a download page or link does not give permission to share that page or link with another person.

8. Refunds

Because Digital Products are supplied electronically and access may be provided immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Refunds, duplicate charges, delivery failures, damaged files, and technical issues are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Where required by applicable law, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you may lose a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right once access or downloading begins.

9. Product Disclaimer

Digital Products are provided for personal recreational and creative use.

We do not guarantee that a Digital Product will be compatible with every:

• device;
• operating system;
• application;
• PDF reader;
• printer;
• commercial printing service;
• paper type;
• ink type;
• print setting.

Colors, dimensions, margins, line appearance, scaling, and print quality may vary depending on equipment, software, materials, and settings.

We do not guarantee any particular emotional, creative, educational, commercial, therapeutic, or other outcome from using a Digital Product.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website, checkout, download system, or Digital Products:

• for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• to interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the website;
• to gain unauthorized access to any account, file, database, server, or system;
• to bypass payment, access-control, download, or security measures;
• to use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment information;
• to submit false disputes, chargebacks, or refund claims;
• to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights;
• to distribute malicious code or carry out automated attacks;
• to scrape or copy website content without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

11. Download Security

Download links, access tokens, and order-access pages are intended only for the purchaser.

You must not:

• publish or distribute a download link;
• allow another person to use your access token;
• attempt to access products not included in your purchase;
• bypass restrictions on downloads or product access.

We may disable or replace a download link if we reasonably believe it has been shared, exposed, abused, or accessed without authorization.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, contact us so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the problem.

Initiating a chargeback does not cancel copyright restrictions, license restrictions, or obligations relating to files already downloaded.

We may submit relevant evidence to the payment provider, including:

• order details;
• transaction records;
• acceptance of applicable policies;
• access and download records;
• correspondence;
• product descriptions;
• delivery records;
• fraud-prevention information.

Nothing in this section limits a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

13. Website Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the website or Digital Products at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website, checkout, download pages, files, links, or third-party services will always be available without interruption, delay, or error.

If a purchased file becomes temporarily unavailable, contact us so that we can attempt to restore access or provide a replacement.

14. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Whop, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, email providers, and content-delivery systems.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent:

• terms;
• privacy practices;
• availability;
• security;
• content;
• payment decisions;
• account restrictions.

Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and policies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Digital Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not make warranties that:

• the website or files will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
• every file will work with every device or application;
• printing results will exactly match digital previews;
• the Digital Products will meet every individual preference or expectation;
• all technical problems can be corrected immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind Patterns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• use of or inability to use the website or Digital Products;
• loss of files or download access;
• printer, software, device, or compatibility problems;
• unauthorized sharing of download links;
• actions of payment providers or other third parties.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Digital Product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Digital Products where you materially violate these Terms or the End User License Agreement.

Upon termination of the license, you must stop using the Digital Products and delete unauthorized digital copies.

Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, license restrictions, or legal remedies that arose before termination.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes apply from the date they are published. They will not retroactively change the terms of a completed purchase unless required by law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, End User License Agreement, and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase, form the agreement governing your use of the website and Digital Products.
